The teaching staff is supervised by the School Director who is a qualified educator with 13 years of experience working at schools. The Director’s main objective is to ensure provision of the highest quality of education through implementation of new and innovative learning programs, training, coaching and assessment of teachers, co-operation with methodologists and co-ordination of the work of experts collaborating with the School. Moreover, the Director provides on-going guidance and support to teachers as well as supervises their professional advancement. Lastly, the Director maintains relations with school supervising institutions (the State School Board, the Ministry of Education, etc.) as well as othe educational facilities such as public an private primary schools in Białołeka and Moktów and is responsible for the School’s external PR.

Dating back to the first days of its existence the School has co-operated closely with a speech development specialist and a child psychologist. Both run their own tailor made programs with group activities taking place every week. They also consult and support our staff on a daily basis, conduct supervision and group observation of kids. Additionally, they are available for individual consultations and therapy in case there is a diagnosed need or at parents’ request.
