Meals are prepared and delivered by a specialized catering company and served according to the following schedule below. Water, drinks and tea are served throughout the day. Meals are provided on an all-you-can-eat basis.

After lunch children are encouraged to rest. Depending on their habits and preferences, some sleep and others engage in quiet play (reading, listening to stories and to music).

Children take daily walks or engage in activities on the School’s outdoor playground equipped to meet all safety standards. Depending on the weather conditions outdoor activities are planned daily for a minimum of forty five minutes.

The School is open throughout the year from 8 am. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as per School Regulations.

Breakfast	8:30-9:30	Free play	8:00-10:00	Children are dropped off at the School.
Lunch	12:30-14:00	Base curriculum activities	10:00-15:30	Kids spend time in their age groups under the teachers’ supervision. During this time all children are engaged in base curriculum activities and some attend extracurricular classes.
Afternoon snack	15:30-16:00	Extracurricular activities / individual lessons & consultations	15:30-18:00	Kids participate in extracurricular activities, take part in individual lessons / specialist consultations or simply play while waiting for pick-up.
