Communication with parents is a key element of our philosophy. We count on the parents’ pro-activity in sharing information about the child’s time spent at home, discussing their ideas or raising any concerns related to his/her development. It is crucial to the success of our collaboration that the dialogue between us and the parents is kept open and running. Our communication channels are the following:

• Each day our teachers provide parents with a summary of the daily activities and their child’s participation.

• At the end of each semester (twice per year) child progress reports “Już potrafię” are e-mailed to parents. The information therein is also discussed during parent/teacher semi-annual meetings.

• Parents can log-on to access the School’s intranet page, which contains information on scheduled school events (internal and external), photos, weekly Polish and English curriculum plans, educational plans, news, notices, weekly menu, etc.

• The School’s electronic data base contains basic information about the child, its parents/guardians as well as the persons authorized to pick-up/drop-off the child. The data base can be updated by parents on-line.

• The child progress reports and other such documentation is kept by the School in the child’s personal data file.

• A hard copy of the daily schedule and plans as well as the weekly menu can be found on each group’s bulletin board in the cloak room. This information is also available to logged-in parents on-line in the Parent Zone section.

• At the beginning of each month parents receive by e-mail the School’s bulletin „Co słychać w Kidzcorner?”, which contains information about planned trips and events at the School as well miscellaneous cultural happenings for kids in Warsaw. The bulletin is also available on-line.
