HOW WE CAN HELP CLIENTS LAUNCH ON-SITE CHILD CARE CENTERS

The launch of employer sponsored on-site or near-site (e.g. joint ventures with other companies) child care centers (nursery or preschool/kindergarten) can be a daunting task. Most companies are forced to outsource a wide array of services to support the launch.  However, even the coordination involved requires resources and expertise, which may not be available in-house. 

We can help companies by taking over project management responsibilities for the launch, including:

•  co-ordination of the work of architects, designers, builders, educators, legal advisors, regulators, etc.
•  selection of vendors / suppliers; organization of bids / auctions
•  on-going communication with the employer (e.g. critical issues and decisions to be taken, progress reports, etc.)
•  project budget / cost control
