Moreover, the children are introduced to public performances. The ability to express emotion through motion makes the children more open and relaxed.
Ju-jitsu Ju-jitsu is not only fun, but is also a safe and positive introduction to discipline and positive competition. The classes are based on the classical Japanese martial art of ju-jitsu, incorporating also selected techniques of judo, aikido and karate, as appropriate. This fusion of techniques allows for customization of the training to different age groups and individual preferences.

Piano lessons These individual lessons introduce the world of music in a simple and natural way. The goal is for children to reach a level of satisfaction with their own skills as quickly as possible. This will in turn allow them to fall in love with music and the instrument. Preschool age is the ideal time to start playing piano.
Individual English language lessons with a native speaker Individual English language lessons with a native speaker allow children to internalize vocabulary, work on proper pronunciation and language comprehension. Children have a chance to fast track the development of language skills, especially spoken English.
Individual sessions with a speech development specialist A crucial element of speech development therapy is cooperation with the parents who can contact the specialist in person or by phone, in addition to having the opportunity to participate in consultations covering detailed discussion of the screening results and initial diagnosis. Parents will receive from the specialist a set of exercises with instructions for home use.
Consultations with a child psychologist Our psychologist provides individual support upon request. Sessions most frequently cover: adaptation difficulties, shyness, low self-esteem, divorce-related stress, aggressive behavior, emotional withdrawal. The sessions help addressing developmental issues, hyperactivity, and various fears. The psychologist supports the child in reaching developmental milestones and helps the parents overcome the associated challenges.
Individual posture correction and preventive gymnastics Individual sessions are designed primarily but not exclusively for children with posture problems, which affect 80% of school aged children in Poland. These sessions aim to correct or halt progress of a particular problem and to minimize the impact of incorrect posture on the rest of the child’s body. Both isolated and total-body exercises are used and children are taught corrective behaviors that can be used on a daily basis. Higher impact is achieved, if the parents participate actively in the therapeutic process and follow the instructions for home exercises.
