HOW WE CAN MANAGE YOUR ON-SITE CHILD CARE FACILITIES

We provide management of on-site child care facilities (nurseries or preschools/kindergartens) offered as part of an employer sponsored child care program. Our corporate programs are uniquely designed with an emphasis on the high quality of child care and on the cost effectiveness of operations.

On-site child care solutions

We offer two basic types of on-site child care solutions, which can be tailored to meet the specialized needs of employees.

1. Day care (nursery) for small groups of up to 18 children

This solution is suitable for employers who do not have sufficient scale of operations / employee population or resources to invest in building an in-house child care center or for those who prefer to test various child care solutions prior to making significant decisions. It can be a quick win in terms of responding to burning employee needs, as it is relatively straight forward to set up and operate.

We can assist employers in diagnosing employee needs, advising on the safety & security, design, decoration and furnishing of the premises, collaborating with suppliers and, most importantly, managing the day-to-day operations of this day care (nursery) facility.

We will customize our learning programs to make them age and developmentally appropriate for every child in the group.  Regardless of the age mix, all children will receive all the care and attention they need.

2. Child care center (nursery or school)

Investing in a child care center, whether on-site or near-site (for instance, as a joint investment of several companies), is a complex operation, which requires considerable resources and know how to launch and to run.

Our support in managing the facility depends on our client’s needs and circumstances. We can offer a more comprehensive management service, including, for instance, supply chain management, or it can be limited solely to the caretaking and learning / educational aspects.

We can get involved in the preparatory process by diagnosing the needs of employees, assessing the impact of the proposed human resources policies, conducting a feasibility study, helping management to build the business case for a child care center and coordinating the actual launch of the facility.
